Pipe and Root Ingress

Mrs Smith called us as her toilet was blocked and wouldn’t flush. We attended site on an emergency response call. On carrying out a CCTV survey of the area we found that this section of pipe had partially collapsed due to root ingress. Excavation works were required to reinstate the system back to a serviceable condition. We cleared the drain as much as possible and returned the following day to undertake the excavation works. Mrs Smith was extremely happy with our work.
