All Drain Maintain vehicles are fitted with a data tracking systems ensuring attendance times are correct for your peace of mind.
Drain Maintain only charge for an assistant or labourer (where necessary for health and safety) if a two crew team is required to complete works.
Drain Maintain do not charge for unnecessary time spent away from the job. The customer will always be kept fully informed concerning the need to leave site for any reason.
Drain Maintain provide invoices showing clear and comprehensive descriptions of the work carried out and breakdown of labour and material charges upon the completion of your job.
Drain Maintain ensure that any estimated work priced at our day rate (8 hours) is charged at a 10% discount on hourly labour costs.
Drain Maintain do not carry out any unnecessary work.
Drain Maintain do not persuade customers into any work that is not required.
Drain Maintain do not overcharge under any circumstances.
