Great service, explained what was happening and what we were seeing in the camera. The drains were thoroughly inspected. Even though I don’t know anything about drains but felt I wasn’t being spun a line to get more work out of me. Matthew was very polite, chatty, arrived on time and left the area clean and tidy. After explaining the problem they give a very responsible quote and stated work the next day. The work was carried out quickly and effectively.
